The Enrich from File step no longer normalizes job titles when writing to the candidate's Occupation field or Work History job title fields. Values like "Mig Welder III" or "RN-ICU" are now preserved as-is rather than being mapped to a broader occupation category.

Why does it matter?

Staffing firms rely on precise job title data for candidate matching, segmentation, and reporting. When automation translated resume titles into broad categories, it introduced inaccuracies that were difficult to detect and time-consuming to correct. With this change, the data in Bullhorn is a faithful representation of the candidate's actual experience, giving recruiters a more reliable foundation for search and placement decisions.
